"Si podemos, volveremos!!!"
Tranquilidad, ubicación, terraza y jardín, distribución interior, cocina amplia y luminosa.. Trato de la agencia excelente
Accesorios de cocina: batidora, tijeras, alguna olla más grande. La habitación auxiliar es mejorable, y el sofá y los sillones de terraza muy justos para seis personas( teníamos que utilizar las tumbonas y las sillas del salón) Lo demás francamente bien.

"Fantástica casa"
La ubicación de la vivienda es excelente, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la playa. Asimismo, la urbanización es muy tranquila.

The location and the villa were great Very good beds Lovely garden Nice furniture Well outfitted kitchen with good appliances Really great to have a washing machine Enough storage Close by to the beach Very quiet neighbourhood
The glass table is not very handy An airconditioning in the livingroom would be recommendable Clean under the beds upon arrival Put some bins in the garden next to the outside shower for waste separation

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

*Free Cancellation

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.

  • Arrival time: from 5 pm to 7 pm.
  • Departure time: before 10 am.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

  • 30 of March
  • 19th of April
  • 01th of May
  • 15th of August
  • 12th of September
  • 1th of November

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.
