Description of House CASAS BLANCAS - Miami Playa

The residential complex Casas Blancas is located next to the pool with an ideal location within the community, in the communal garden area of the main entrance with entrance to it in front of the showers. It has morning sun so you can enjoy the garden all day long.
It has maximum security, in the reform we installed sliding gates at the entrances to the house and terrace to extend the protection and decorative wrought iron railings on all windows.
The whole house has a very good internet connection, in the living room is the router that distributes the signal, we have contracted with Movistar a service to use that we could have in our usual home.

The garden is divided into two areas, in one of them is a large garden area in which there are several trees (a lemon tree that can be used its fruits and a Catalpa to provide shade), within that area there is a tiled part (we expanded that area in the reform that was made to have enough space for breakfast / lunch / dinner outside, with a table and four chairs (we have more chairs but the maximum capacity for rent are 4 people).

On the first floor is the living room of more than 30m2 new and decorated in a Nordic style, in which there is a large living room / kitchen and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a large living room / kitchen and a separate toilet.

The kitchen has the following appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hood, all new except the oven. It also has nesspreso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils (cutlery, crockery, openers, strainer, peeler, cutting boards, table mats ...) .

It has a 39'TV with internet connection and Chrome Cast, with an adjustable support (both horizontally and vertically) of 180 ° to view it from any angle of the room.

It has an exit door to the terrace of the house where you can enjoy privileged views to be in front of the sea.

Completely renovated bathroom.
It has a large shower with two independent water outlets, toilet, mirror with independent lighting, storage cabinet under the sink with three drawers and a small medicine cabinet inside one of them, open shelves, hairdryer and double lighting.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.
