Modern 2 bedroom apartment in beachfront. Apartment Ciutadella is a large and spacious 2 bedroom for 5 guests. It also has another bathroom with bathtub and a spacious living room, 1 bathroom with shower. The cuisine of Ciutadella is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and utensils of cooking for the family. The apartment has a chairs and table overlooking the square. The Ciutadella complex has a beautiful swimming pool and communal garden where exactly sure children and adults.

The situation of Ciutadella is fantastic as it is located just 40 m from the beach of the scab, a quiet beach of fine sand with beach bars, rental of sun loungers and parasols. Just 1.2 km you will find the center of Cambrils, where we find all the restaurants, bars and terraces in the Centre of Cambrils. We can also find Salou and PortAventura just 8 km from the apartment, Reus airport 18 km and the city of Tarragona 22 km

L'emplacement à proximité de la mer, la place de parking privative, la clim, le lave vaisselle, la machine à laver, l'appartement spacieux, les 2 salles de bain !

"Excelente ubicación, limpio y bien conservado"
El apartamento dispone de parking en el propio edificio. Da a una plaza tranquila, pero está en un edificio al lado de la playa: solo hay que atravesar la calle. El apartamento es bonito, dispone de todo lo necesario.
Mejoraría la iluminación interna: ahora hay bajo consumo y/o halógenos... deberíais poner iluminación led. También seria necesario poner colgadores (más, y más resistentes), así como lavabos más pequeños pero con mueble. Pero vamos, es por poner algo a mejorar!

el trato con la inmobiliaria ha sido muy bueno. Nos ha gustado la localización del apartamento, un lugar tranquilo pero no muy alejado del centro. La limpieza del apartamento estaba bien, al llegar encontramos todo en óptimas condiciones Las instalaciones comunes están muy bien cuidadas
el apartamento como tal está muy bien pero os queremos proponer algunas cosas que hemos echado en falta 1. En los baños estaría bien poder tener algún armario o balda para poder dejar las cosas necesarias 2. Incluir en el menaje de la casa cosas básicas como un exprimidor o trapos de cocina 3. Las almohadas de las camas no son demasiado cómodas 4. Tener algún armario en la terraza de la cocina ya que en la cocina hay muy poco espacio para guardar comida. 5. Al alquilar el apartamento indicar qué plaza de garaje le corresponde al apartamento, ya que nos hemos dado cuenta que en algunas plazas es muy complicado aparcar (no ha sido nuestro caso)

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.

  • Arrival time: from 5 pm to 7 pm.
  • Departure time: before 10 am.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

  • 19th of April
  • 01th of May
  • 15th of August
  • 12th of September
  • 1th of November

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.
