Large, spacious and comfortable apartment with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 WC and spacious living room with fantastique sea views and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and oven. Air conditioning and parking included. The apartment has a big terrace with chairs and table overlooking the sea.

Ciutadella offers a nice swimming pool and a pleasant communal garden.

The Ciutadella complex has a beautiful swimming pool and communal garden where exactly sure children and adults. The situation of Ciutadella is fantastic as it is located just 40 m from the beach of the scab, a quiet beach of fine sand with beach bars, rental of sun loungers and parasols.

Proximité de la plage pas loin du centre de cambrils bus devant la maison Gd appartement Parking pour voiture L agence qui gère cet appartement est très à l écoute s il il vs manque quelque chose
Pour l appartement proprement dit rien à revoir sinon qualité de la literie les avons tous essayé

La ubicación , la vista y relajación de la zona. El pueblo esta un poco lejos para ir andando. pero se hace un paseo muy agradable de 20 min.
Los utensilios de cocina. Tampoco había mantel para la mesa. ....

El apartamiento nos ha parecido muy espacioso y cómodo. Para un apartamento para tanta gente sería necesario algo más de cubertería, platos y vasos. Estaría bien que el horario de salida del último día no fuera tan estricto.

"Très belle prestation"
La surface de l´appartement et son confort. La vue sur la mer et son grand balcon.
Un peu plus de mobilier (2 chaises supplémentaires pour le balcon, une étagère dans chaque salle de bain) et plus de vaisselle (couteaux, fourchettes, petites cuillères ,casseroles...).

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.

  • Arrival time: from 5 pm to 7 pm.
  • Departure time: before 10 am.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

  • 15th of August
  • 12th of September
  • 1th of November

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.
