Without a doubt, the ideal house to spend a fantastic holiday on the beach with the whole family. The house Golf de Sant Jordi has a beautiful private terraces with direct access to the pool and well maintained community garden. The interior is divided into 2 floors; In ground floor we find the well equipped kitchen, large living room and a toilet. First floor offers 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Наш очередной, уже девятый приезд в Каталонию получился как всегда прекрасным. Впечатления от Каталонии самые положительные. Интересная и богатая часть Испании, очень доброжелательные люди и отличная инфраструктура этого курортного города создают уже несколько лет для нас восхитительный, незабываемый отдых. "La casa ha mejorado respecto al año anterior"
La casa ha mejorado mucho respecto al año pasado. Han reformado la cocina, uno de los baños y el suelo de la planta baja Si reformaran el suelo de la planta primera y cambiaran algún mueble, la casa resultaría perfecta

Limpieza muy bien. Casa moderna y bien reformada. Ubicación excelente junto a la playa y a pocos pasos del centro de Cambrils. Disfrutamos muchos la piscina.

la casa está un poco vieja y se nota por ejemplo en las persianas que bajan mal.

Estuvimos muy agusto. La casa es muy comoda y tiene una ubicacion ideal. Volveriamos al mismo sitio..

"Muy buena casa, situación y entorno."
La ubicación de la casa es muy buena. El entorno es estupendo ya que no está lejos del centro y por las noches, es una zona muy tranquila para descansar. El ambiente familiar es genial.
Un cambio importante sería remplazar las placas de vitrocerámica de la cocina, ya que hacían saltar la corriente. Reparar la cisterna del baño de la primera planta. Dar un repaso a las persianas de toda la casa ya que en general, no cierran correctamente. Arreglar las puertas del armario de la recocina.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.

  • Arrival time: from 5 pm to 7 pm.
  • Departure time: before 10 am.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

  • 01th of May
  • 15th of August
  • 12th of September
  • 1th of November

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.
