The property is spread over two floors: the first floor is a spacious living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, three double bedrooms, each with private bath, large, well-equipped kitchen, guest toilet, and a terrace with majestic porch. On the ground floor is a large living room with satellite TV, a second fully equipped kitchen, two doble bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. In Villa Gladiols you will enjoy a wonderful holiday with all the comforts in a spacious mansion with exceptional brightness. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms. The villa also has a garage (2 seats) as well as free WiFi internet access.
The beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm trees, exotic plants and lawn, is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and BBQ and a beautiful tent on the edge of the spectacular large private pool. Piscina mucho mejor de lo que parece en la fotografía. Amplitud de estancias. Diferentes ambientes para disfrutar de la zona exterior. Cercanía a la playa
Los armarios se podrían renovar, no es un problema pero es la única pega que le pondría a la casa.

Mit einer großen Gruppe in diesem Haus zu leben, ist sehr angenehm. Wegen der vielen Bäder und Schlafräume. Die Terrassen sind schön für gemeinsames Essen und Zusammenkünfte. Pool und Gartenanlage sind toll und sehr gepflegt. Bei auch kleinsten Reklamationen wird sofort Abhilfe geschaffen durch sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

"Tolle Villa, super Pool und sehr gute Lage."
Die Villa war für uns drei Familien mit Kindern super geeignet. Alles war sauber und der Pool ist echt super. Auch die Lage mit dem kurzen Weg zum Strand ist hervoragend. Die Bäder im ersten Obergeschoss sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Teilweise ist der Wasserdruck extrem niedrig.

"si quieres tranquilidad ahí la encuentras !"
Ideal para ir con familia , situada en una zona muy tranquila , cerca de la zona comercial , playa y supermercado . Hemos disfrutado tanto los adultos como los niños de la preciosa piscina (refrescando-nos por la noche) y del bonito jardín. Volveremos sin duda alguna . Muchas gracias .

"Séjour à la villa Gladiols très agreable"
La fonctionnalité de la villa, espaces intérieurs et extérieurs très agréables, magnifique piscine bien adaptée à la capacité de la villa. Excellent service d'entretien de la piscine et des extérieurs. L'équipement électronique ménager, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine est parfait. L'agence de Cambrils est très à l'écoute et l'accueil, les conseils ... sont parfaits C'est avec plaisir que nous envisagerions de relouer cette villa
La villa n'est pas très ombragée, Par grosse chaleur le rez de chaussée est difficile à rafraîchir, une climatisation au rez de chaussée serait utile.

This is our third time to stay in this villa, so obviously we love it. Is is located in a lovely quiet area in Cambrils close to beautiful beaches and a nice walk to the harbor. Hopefully we’ll be back next year

Großer Pool und schöne Gartenanlage. Üppiges Geschirr- und Gläserangebot. Große Terasse im 1. OG und schöner Freisitz im EG.
Die Bäder sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig.

Entramos el día 30/12 y pasamos la nochevieja. Fue todo un éxito. Podíamos pasear por la playa que a pie y despacio se tarda unos cinco minutos. Zona muy tranquila. Total, hemos estado muy bien.

"vacances ensoleillées entre amis"
la maison est très bien équipée (vaisselle et électroménager) Elle est agréable à vivre, spacieuse. Elle est proche de la plage. De plus nous avons apprécié un accueil sympathique du personnel de l´agence.
le seul reproche est le manque de protection du soleil sur la terrasse du haut pour les repas du petit déjeuner et du midi. Seulement cinq transats , c´est un peu juste.

La casa es genial. Tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar y muchisimo espacio en todas las estancias de la casa. Repetiria sin duda! Han sido unas vacaciones inolvidables.
