Nice 4 bedroom semi-detached house for 9 guests in Cambrils (MontRoig del Camp). The house Las Palmeras is a beautiful holiday rental located in the Urbanization MontRoig Bahia about 5 km from the center of Cambrils and about 500 m from the beach. The house is divided into 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms (1 on ground floor) plus 3 bathrooms and air conditioning. The kitchen is modern, spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge in addition to all cooking utensils and utensils. The dining room is spacious and modern with large sofa, chairs and table.

At Las Palmeras we are respectful of the environment and that is why we have installed solar panels for more sustainable energy.

The house Las Palmeras has a nice private garden with barbecue and sun loungers. A door in the same garden of the house takes us direct to the communal pool and garden. The resort has a large swimming pool, well-kept garden and tropical plants that give an exotic touch to the residence. About 500 m (8 minutes walk from the house) we find the beautiful beaches of MontRoig Bahía where we will also enjoy some beach bar and restaurant on the beach. The area is quiet and has no shops but about 5 km from the house you will find the port of Cambrils where you can enjoy a large number of shops, bars and restaurants along the promenade.

The house Las Palmeras is located about 10 km from Salou and PortAventura, about 18 km from the airport and approximately 22 km from the city of Tarragona.

Très joli maison. Piscine sympa. C'est une location pour 9 et la table extérieur était pour 6. La plage à proximité n'était pas à notre goût (il y avait des algues, et l'eau n'était pas clair) Il y a beaucoup de chose à voir dans la région. Je recommande cette location

"Como en nuestra casa"
La verdad es que nos gustó todo. Pero para destacar lo mejor, podemos decir que la casa era enorme, había espacio de sobra para todo (fuimos con 4 niños y se lo pasaron bomba en la piscina), que la cocina estaba totalmente equipada y tiene un bonito jardín con barbacoa. A 5 minutos del centro de cambrils.

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an e-mail to reservas@litoral.es and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt.

Book your vacation with no worries.

Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, discounted only 35.- € of management fees. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, Litoral will retain the total amount received as a reservation guarantee.

In the case of having a problem derived from Covid 19 and not having the travel insurance contracted, please contact us at reservas@litoral.es.

Payment

Payment

You must pay 40% of the total price when making the reservation with a card or by transfer (you have 4 days to send us the payment confirmation document). In the event of making the reservation less than 7 days before the arrival date, it is mandatory to make the prepayment with a bank card.

The remainder must be paid during check-in at our office, in addition to the tourist tax of €0.99 per night for each person over the age of 17, which is not included in the price, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Payment method: in cash or with a bank card (Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted).

Payment of Damage Deposit: On the day of arrival, you must pay a deposit of between €150 and €500, depending on the accommodation.

We do not accept groups of young people, we only accept family groups.

***Due to the exceptional nature of the situation caused by the Coronavirus, according to Order SND / 414/2020 of May 16, which establishes the condition of opening swimming pools, currently the measures that each of the communities regarding community pools and use of common areas this summer. Therefore, Litoral is not responsible in any case for the restrictions or limitations of access that the pools of residential complexes could suffer during this 2020 season.

  • Departure time: before 10 am.

Late arrivals: guests arriving after 7 pm must pay a surcharge of 80.-€ (Please notify in advance by e-mail or call +34 977369015.)

Office opening hours: 9 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm

On public holidays, our office is open from 10 am to 1 pm (closed in the afternoon):

  • 01th of May
  • 15th of August
  • 12th of September
  • 1th of November

From 17/06 to 15/09, our office opening hours on Sundays are from 10 am to 1 pm. During the rest of the year, the office is closed on Sundays.
