At Litoral we are very aware of the moments of exceptionality that we are experiencing, that is why we take very seriously the sanitary measures and protocols that the institutions set.
The apartments, houses and villas for tourist use undoubtedly represent one of the best options for holiday accommodation for the control of the living space because it allows a lot of security within the family and more intimate setting.
Our team together with the professionals in charge of cleaning have drawn up a protocol for the hygiene and disinfection of the apartments, following the regulations that the health authorities legally require.
Thus, to guarantee your safety and tranquility, we want to inform you that all our tourist accommodation is legalized under the regulatory framework of the General Directorate of Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

Cleaning surfaces with disinfectant products

Dirty textiles “bedding and towels” should be collected, put in a bag and closed until treatment in the laundry.

Our laundry service ensures and certifies the treatment of clothing at more than 60º and with disinfectant products

Use of disinfectant cleaning products in safe conditions, for example, freshly prepared bleach solution (chlorine concentration 1 g / L, prepared with 1:50 dilution of a 40-50 gr / L concentration bleach) as well as the use of other authorized and proven alternative methods. In any case, the efficacy of the disinfectants that are used and will be used according to the product safety data sheets must be ensured.

Special attention will be paid to the following: Cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, mirrors and windows, furniture, equipment and decorative and functional elements

After each cleaning, the materials used and the protective equipment will be disposed of in a safe way, and the hands will then be washed.

The flooring and cleaning staff will not agree to provide service while the client remains, except for just cause.
