For this we have developed a series of measures so that during your stay you only worry about enjoying a fantastic vacation with your loved ones.

Your safety is the most important thing

At Litoral we are very aware of the exceptional moments that we are experiencing, which is why we take the sanitary measures and protocols established by the institutions very seriously.

Apartments, houses and villas for tourist use undoubtedly represent one of the best vacation accommodation options for controlling the living space because it allows a lot of security within the family and more intimate environment.

Our team together with the professionals in charge of cleaning have drawn up a hygiene and disinfection protocol for the apartments following the regulations that the health authorities legally require.

So, to guarantee your safety and peace of mind, we want to inform you that all our accommodation for tourist use is legalized under the regulatory framework of the General Directorate of Tourism of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

 

SECURITY MEASURES AT RECEPTION

  • Our staff have received training in preventive measures for COVID-19

  • Our staff have the necessary protective equipment at all times.

  • We provide disinfectant gel at different points

  • We have marked the safety distance between clients as well as partitions at the reception

  • We have disinfectant gel on the counter for equipment and material

  • We disinfect the delivery material to customers

  • We have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of our offices

 

SAFETY MEASURES IN APARTMENT CLEANING

  • We establish an increase in cleaning and disinfection, especially in the areas of greatest contact such as surfaces, knobs, taps, remote controls, etc…

  • Clean surfaces with disinfectant products

  • Dirty textiles “bed linen and towels” must be collected, put in a bag and closed until it is treated in the laundry.

  • Our laundry service ensures and certifies the treatment of clothes at more than 60º and with disinfectant products

  • Use of disinfectant cleaning products in safe conditions, for example, freshly prepared solution of bleach (1 g/L chlorine concentration, prepared with a 1:50 dilution of 40-50 gr/L concentration bleach) as well such as the use of other alternative methods authorized and of proven effectiveness. In any case, the effectiveness of the disinfectants used must be ensured and will be used in accordance with the safety data sheets of the products

  • Special attention will be paid to the following: Cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings, mirrors and windows, furniture, equipment and decorative and functional elements

  • After each cleaning, the materials used and the protective equipment will be safely disposed of, followed by hand washing.

  • The floor and cleaning area staff will not agree to provide service while the client remains, except for justified cause.

 

SECURITY MEASURES IN TECHNICAL SERVICES

  • All maintenance personnel have individual protection and safety equipment

  • Whenever possible, we carry out repairs in the apartments without the presence of the client and with all the necessary measures.

  • Once the assistance or repair is finished, the personnel will discard the PPE according to what is defined in the contingency plan, and will wash their hands afterwards. If the client is in the room because her presence is necessary, they should be urged to put on the mask while the maintenance personnel remain in the room, provided that the minimum safety distance cannot be ensured.
