To rent your property in the best possible way, there must be fulfilled a series of requirements with regard to the quality and comfort. Litoral will sign a contract with you in order to be able to rent the house to our customers.
Bedroom
Both bedsteads and mattresses must be in good condition and must have their protective cover. It is mandatory to always provide for each bed pillows, blankets and quilts in good condition.
Kitchen
The kitchen must be well equipped. Litoral will give you an inventory to have all the kitchenware and utensils necessary for the number of guests that will occupy the house. The kitchen should have a big enough refrigerator, oven, range hood and microwave. Dishwasher is optional.
Inside
The competition in the tourist rental today is very strong and the fine details are very important. The house must satisfy certain requirements of esthetics and functionality. The ceilings and the walls must be well kept and clean, the lighting has to be adequate and rooms have to have windows and ventilation.
Outside – Garden
The Garden area and the surroundings must be cared for and in good condition, the maintenance has to be performed throughout the season. The pool must be always in perfect condition.
