Check in
The keys of the booked accommodation will be available between 17:00 and 19:00 on the first booked day at the reception of the office appointed in the contract.
If your check-in is after 19:00 or outside office hours, there will be a € 70 surcharge upon confirmation by Litoral Costa Dorada and never after 00:00.
Check out
The planned check-out is from 09:00 to 10:00 on the last booked day.
Reservation periods in 2014
The available options for stays vary depending on the time of year.
Full Season
12 JUL - 23 AGO
Reservations for stays from 12 July until 23 August are only possible for a minimum of 7 nights, arrival and departure on Saturday.
Transitional Season
14 JUN - 12 JUL
23 AGO - 20 SEP
Reservations for stays from 12 June until 12 July and 23 August until 20 September are possible with arrival and departure on any day of the week with prior confirmation by our reservation agents.
Early Season

Reservations are possible with arrival and departur on any day of the week except for Sunday, when our office is not open.
Bed linen
The initial supply of bed linen, bed sheets, cushion covers and hand towels are included in the price. There are also blankets available in all apartments.
Additional bed linen
Bed linen change: 10 € / person
Bath towels
The booking price includes only hand towels. If you wish, you can rent large bath towels.

Security Deposit
Under the booking conditions, there is an established security deposit that must be deposited at our office, whose amount and form of payment vary based on the property and will be used to cover any damages to the accommodation or its facilities due to anything other than a normal usage of the property.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is usually paid in cash. If you wish to pay the security deposit by VISA, there is a surcharge of 3 €.
Returned the security deposit
This deposit will be refunded on the check-out, after checking the accommodation. In case of damage with a cost that cannot be determined at the check-out time, a return period of the difference is set within a period not exceeding 15 days.
If the client wishes to depart before the scheduled time (09:00 to 10:00), the security deposit shall be paid by VISA and it will be refunded within 24-48h after checking the accommodation.
Cleaning
Litoral Costa Dorada will deliver the accommodation clean upon arrival. The cleaning service before arrival is included in the price (except in certain circumstances when additional payment of cleaning is required). On the day of departure the client must deliver the house as clean as possible and throw away the trash.
Additional Cleaning
Apart from the included cleaning service, the customer has the option to contract additional service during their stay, which we will organize upon demand.
